Terms of Service
General Rules :
I do not permit my artworks and designs to be used for any activities involved in NFT and AI GENERATED.
You can use the adoptable character as your own.
You can freely design their new outfit.
You can resell adopt for the same price or lower, you can gift or trade (the price may be higher if there are commissions.)
For selling commission along with the adoptable design, please clearly add the price like (adopt the design price + commission work price you have paid.)
Designs may only be resold if they were obtained using money. Designs not obtained using money (i.e. obtained via trade , gift etc.) cannot be resold.
You can change the color, details of the character's design or clothing. I also can change this for you for an additional fee.
Please credit me @chulynn if you post my work somewhere.
Payment / Payment Plan :
Prices are in USD.You can make payments via PayPal, or buymeacoffee which accepts card transactions.Please be ready to pay for the adopt within 24 hours after you claimed.
Otherwise it will be sold again.No refund.Payment plans are "only" accepted for designs valued at $150 USD and above.
A minimum upfront deposit of 50% is required. Must be sent within 24 hours (this is nonrefundable.)
Payment plan should be completed within 30 days.
Design valued over $300+ must be paid within 2/or max 3 months.If you request a refund through the payment service, the adopt will be sold again and you will lose your rights to it.Full character ownership and the unwatermarked files will not be given until the full payment is complete.

Violations to the Terms of Service will result in being blocked and having your username be posted in my public blacklist.
This will also cause you to lose your adopt rights, and it may be sold again.
